The co-working ground floor features extensive polished concrete flooring and striking ‘New York’ style glass partitioned suites. This space also incorporates a custom-built concierge desk, meeting rooms, breakout areas, collab booths, a kitchen/tea point, open-plan working and quiet spaces. This clever floorplan allows future occupants an independent and high exposure position in which to network and operate their businesses.
